CODM errors and problems can occur even though it is one of the biggest mobile game currently around. Good thing though, since Call of Duty Mobile has a huge user-base, these errors, limitations, disadvantages, and problems are relatively easy to resolve.
Login Failed Error
This Call of Duty Mobile error is a strange one. Even though the user is already inside the game, there would be instances where he / she will encounter an error message stating Login Failed.
One good example would be the World Championship event. Some users wouldn't be able to participate because they have login problems
PROBLEM SOLVED!!! Luckily, this CODM error is easy to resolve. Simply follow the solution below and it's done:
1. Go to Settings
2. Scroll to the rightmost tab and click LEGAL AND PRIVACY
3. At the bottom right press LOGOUT
4. Exit the game then restart the app
Apparently, this will re-sync the account with the servers and will solve the
login failed problem
Rank Match Not Reflecting on Qualifier
Presently, there is an awesome event in Call of Duty Mobile where users can get
a free Manta Ray skin after fulfilling certain requirements of the event. One
of these requirements is to play 30 solo rank games.
Unfortunately, problem arises as there are situations where the rank matches
does not reflect in the qualifying / participation count. This is an obvious
disadvantage. Since if you won, you must get qualified. While if you lost, you
lose rank match points and might revert back to Master V.
Don't fret if you are e countering such an error. The simple solution to this
is similar to the Login Failed error. Doing those steps will again apparently
re-sync the user account with the server and will now reflect those played rank
matches.
Choosing a Random Player for Team Qualifier
It is always nice to play the game with friends. However, for the casual gamer and not member of any clans, the last resort to get the Merc skin in the World Championship Team Qualifier is to join a random team.
The limitation of this one is the dedication the other team members have. Remember, it is a 30-game requirement to get the skin. Although it doesn’t matter if it is a win or lose, be sure that all team members are committed to play 30-games.
Another thing to consider when choosing random people as teammates is their what will be their available time. Some might be students, workers, who have responsibilities during the majority of the day.
Anyway, the best tip to overcome this problems is to lay down some simple requirements when selecting teammates. When selecting, the following must be established:
- What is the best time that you can play?
- Can you play 5 to 7 games during those time?
- What is your core game play: MP or BR?
- What mode: SnD, HP, Dom, Frontline?
- What is your rank?
- Are you only after the skin and is it ok to lose?
- Or are you aiming for the top 192?
Asking these questions will help choose better team members to accomplishing the objective
COD Points Did Not Arrive
Now this is an error that may cause some panicking. COD points
involves real money. And paying for something without the goods appearing is a
valid cause of concern.
There are a number of possible reasons why this error occurred. For instance,
give it some time to reflect. Although purchases are usually real time, there
would be unexpected situations where it would be quite delayed.
However, if the COD points has still not yet returned, it is recommended to
solve the error by again refreshing the account with the server doing the
solution with the Login Failed problem.
And if you are really unlucky and that did not fix the issue, it is now time to
seek assistance from support. Detail to them the concern and they should be
able to do something about it.
How to Avoid Being Scammed
This problem usually happens when users buy CP from sellers they
encountered in social media sites such as Facebook. Users are enticed with the
discounted rate offered by these sellers. Some of them might be legit but
unfortunately, some scammers are also lurking and present.
To avoid being scammed, you can do the purchase yourself from legitimate
platforms such as GCash. If the seller's rate are comparable to GCash, then why
not try the latter. And if for some reason the seller's rate is way down lower
than GCash, then you should question yourself how can the seller afford such
discount (where did they got it, will he / she be actually give it to me once I
give my payment, etc...)
