There are plenty of misconceptions and
open-ended questions in both Hunter X Hunter anime and manga. This post will
shed light to all of it based on facts provided by Togashi himself from either
manga or the anime.
Are Chimera
ants really only Class C
Ging himself stated that Chimera Ants are only
Class C in the Dark ContiNENt. Does this mean that Netero and all the other
strong hunters have no match against beings in the Dark ContiNENt? It is
possible that the Chimera Ants are weak species in the DC. And the only other
species that they can eat or consume are also weak which is why the next batch
of ants produced are also weak.
However, the ants that arrived are able to
consume NEN using soldiers that have combat ability. Because of this, the next breed
of ants produced by the queen are much stronger than other regular ants. As can
be remembered, the queen also ordered the ant soldiers to look for those
special people (NEN users) so that the upcoming King will be more powerful.
Since the queen consumed numerous NEN users,
the next batch of ants might no longer be considered as Class C since these
ants are already familiar with NEN and have better fighting ability. In fact,
it can be estimated that the royal guards are Class B with Meruem almost
nearing Class A
Can Netero
Defeat the Royal Guards
It is highly likely since Pitou was sent flying
with just one slap. In fact, Pitou was confused on what happened on why was he
was suddenly flying away from the palace.
Why did
Netero said that Pitou is stronger than him?
Remember that Netero said this when he saw
Pitou for the first time. However, when he prayed and prepared to fight the
ants, the difference in power between Pitou and Netero is clearly seen.
Also, recall that Biscuit said that Netero is famous
for lying and might be doing so at that moment.

Is Chrollo
really strong?
Let’s just say that he is obviously not weak
but no hard evidence is also shown that he is strong. If one is to analyze, if
he is really strong why did it took him one year to prepare for Hisokas fight just
to ensure that all odds are favorable for him to win. Why did he borrowed
Koltopi and Shalnark powers knowing that they cannot use it while it is in
Chrollos book.
Lastly, it was never shown that he was able to
steal the NEN of very strong characters like the Zodiacs or someone of that caliber.
How strong
is Netero's attack?
Let us put it this way, Netero's attack is
faster than the speed of sound that even Pitou cannot understand what was
happening. Netero's attack is also so strong that it can destroy the walls and
floors.
So which human can stand against Netero?
Remember, Zeno said that he has no chance against Netero when the Chairman
would do the buddha thing.
Can Gon do
his adult form again?
It is impossible for Gon to do it again.
Remember, a very strong NEN can be achieved if the user has a very strict
condition. Gon love his NEN because that is the only way he can look for Ging.
However, he sacrificed not to use NEN again just to have enough power to defeat
Pitou. That's why Pitou said that he exchanged something very important to be
able to use his ultimate ability
