Some of my previous
posts highlighted a few cool chrome batmobiles. In this one, we shall
appreciate those so-called Zamac batmobiles.
Zamac batmobiles are
basically those that have no paint. In diecast terminology, zamac means
unpainted. The batmobile diecasts you will see below are basically raw diecast
metals without any sort of paint but only decals.
The 1966 zamac
batmobile came out a few years ago but the one on the right was produced way
way back. Although both are usually listed at a high price, the older zamac
batmobile is obviously much higher.
