Article writers today are lucky. They can easily make money on the internet from their article writing skills at the comfort of their own home. Because of technology, article writers can find job opportunities and apply for them online. On top of this, there are many online tools available that can help these writers with tasks such as editing and proofreading.
But some readers may say that it is not that easy. Article writers applicants still has to consider that there are other job seekers vying for the same job or position. That may be true, but good thing though is that while applying for an article writing job, these article writers can publish their own content on websites that pays and earn passively while continuing to apply for article writing jobs.
For instance, there is Hubpages. HP is an online publishing platform where writers can create articles and earn money through advertising revenue generated by their articles. But don’t expect to get rich on Hubpages, unless you are a prolific writer and have many viral articles enjoyed by internet users. However, if you are a serious writer, you may consider looking at FundsforWriters. It is a website that offers grants, crowdfunding opportunities, and contests for writers, and a freelance submission process for articles between 550 and 650 words. I haven’t really tried it, but I haven’t seen much bad things to say about the site. If you’re serious about making money on the internet, it might be good to checkout FundsforWriters, they say that it is about 10 U.S. cents per word, but better validate this with your own visit and research about the site.
In case you are into crypto and blockchain, you might be interested with Steemit. It’s not a purely writing site that pays, but its users can earn online money, or should I say cryptocurrency. Basically, it is a blockchain-based blogging and social media website where users can gain cryptocurrency called STEEM, for publishing and curating content on the website. If you haven’t heard of STEEM, don’t worry as there are numerous digital coins out there aside from Bitcoin.
