Banking days does not include weekends and holidays. When paying credit card bills with GCash, it might be a good idea to do it on days that will not crossover on weekends or holidays - Do not pay when there is announcement of an on-going or scheduled maintenance. Usually, during such activities, it includes halting any financial transactions. It is possible that the transaction will be saved on the old system and might not be carried to the updated/newer system. To make it simple, to enjoy a truly hassle free experience, don’t pay when there is maintenance on either platforms (GCash or Bank)
- Some bank may charge a convenience fee (processing / transaction fee). Although some banks (like BPI) waives this fee
